My partner had been struggling with an ear infection all weekend. She finally called out of hour service to ask for a script of antibiotics. Late on a Sunday night. I walked 40 mins here. I arrived at knockbreda at around 8pm and asked where I can collect a prescription and if the pharmacist was open. She then said no, no pharmacy open tonight. I walked away and called my partner to explain, she said go back and ask if there's somewhere else to get. The script. The same receptionist I spoke to previously came back, after another several minutes of waiting while she sat in the back office laughing and goofing off with co workers. I then said is there anywhere else I can pick up a script in this building as our out of hour doctor sent a script here. She then got aggressive and said why didn't you say that in the first place? I said can you not read between the lines? She did not use any initiative at all literally treated me like a moron. On a Sunday night too!! She said I came in and asked for the wrong thing. She literally shamed a man who walked 40 mins to collect a prescription for his wife. And she didn't help in the slightest. I cannot believe how rude and unhelpful she was. Just cause I said prescription instead of script she didn't understand her simple job. Eventually I got the script and she rudely kept saying "BYE BYE BYE" Awfully experience and I dread the next time I have to go back to this aggressive incompetent woman.

The centre is divided into various services which all have pros and cons. Overall the establishment is positive and departments are well operated but having experienced previous redeployed services whom most definitely failed, this preliminary review, let's hope bad habits do not return. Let's justify the applause.
