IF YOU GO HERE PLEASE MOVE TO A DIFFERENT GP, this is one of the worst gp because half of the times they don’t answer the phone, super rude staff and I wanted to have a meeting with my doctor, he said to have it over phone when I wanted to have it personal, he said he’d call me back but he never did.
Horrible doctor, Dr Wilson is an incompetent and unreliable doctor, not only is he incredibly rude and overall horrible, he gives out no medical advice and lacks any empathy. Do not recommend.
Very rude receptionist,they look at you like you insane . I don't feel welcome there. Doctor Coogan is amazing but dealing with receptionist is a nightmare.
I do not recommend this clinic because they do not want to help sick people. They constantly ignore the matter when it is needed. They do not want to write a prescription on time when you call them.
Been with the GP my whole life, since I’ve turned 18 Coogan has ignored me when I’ve had multiple concerns, now been ringing everyday for a week and still can’t get through to her. Even if you walk into the practise the receptionist isn’t helpful and is rude and ignorant. Wouldn’t give a star if possible, absolutely disgusting

PHONED UP TO GET MY VACCINATION RECORDS AND THE RECEPTIONIST HAD THE CHEEK TO TELL ME SHE DOESN'T HOLD THEM! PHONED BACK AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE PRACTICE MANAGER FOLLOWED BY HER TELLING ME THERE IS NO PRACTICE MANAGER, ASKED TO SPEAK WITH MY DOCTOR AND SHE TOLD ME I CANT CUS SHE ISNT AVAILABLE. This is absolutely disgusting and the receptionist attitude was shocking. No manners as I barely got my words put and she was talking over me! ASHAMED TO CALL THIS MY HP
Bad experiences with rude, dismissive and unprofessional Dr Wilson. Reception staff also very rude. Much happier in my current gp practice
I needed to collect the prescription. Rang the reception desk asking if they could wait until 6:02 pm - arriving time as per my GPS/navigation system (closing at 6:00). They said "No. Ok, good bye". No questions asked, very surprised and disappointed...
Went to the surgery in total desperation. My son had passed away and I went to see if I cld see my doctor. I explained everything to the nurse, that I was having really bad thoughts and wanted to be with my son. Have to say Judy the nurse was excellent. She went and explained everything to my doctor and she came back with a prescription. My doctor had refused to see me.
