I’ve been with the surgery for 4 years. The receptionists are always so lovely and professional. The doctors have always taken my concerns seriously and where anything was unclear they made sure to investigate it fully. I’ll be sad to leave when I move houses soon but just wanted to call out the staff on their commitment to care in such a tough time for practices everywhere.

Doctor's are professional, however, the receptionist tried to advise me to go to the chemist to get treatment for a urine infection when I never described those symptoms. I went to the doctors and got tested which came back as a bacterial infection which is completely different. Receptionists are not qualified to give medical advice, pls leave it for the doctors.

Always called back and given appointment the same day. Receptionists have always been lovely to me. Dr Quinlan is amazing, always so helpful and always listens to you. I hope she never leaves. She’s a credit to that surgery.

I cannot fault them! I always feel looked after, I get called back every time. I had a stomach issue which turned out to be a colon cancer and thanks to Dr Quinlan and outstanding work of the staff I had I caught in time and had it sorted in no time. The precision of tests and understanding and care is outstanding! Thank you willofield surgery for taking such good care of me. I owe you big time!

Nice surgery, helpful staff . But I was warned about becoming a nuisance as soon as I saw my new doctor. So I’ve decided that wether I’m having huge problems with my really bad mental health problems or I’m having physical issues I simply refuse to bother the surgery, ever again. Which is a real shame. And I’m always having major issues with my mental illness. But I’ve no one to turn to now . It’s now nearly September 2022 , permanent insomnia nearly six months now , more suicide attempts, still on going severe mental illness, plus other mental health issues that aren’t even being looked after. Zero health care . No one is remotely interested in helping a single bloke who is trying to rebuild his life, I’m now unable to work due to my illness. Thanks willowfield, top job .

Professional & Friendly Surgery. Reception staff are welcoming and always ready to help. GP's go above and beyond. Recently had a telephone consultation with Dr Patterson which was 1st class.

Sadly not a patient of this clinic as I don't live in the area but my 95 year old grandmother is. The receptionists have always been superb consistently very helpful, friendly and polite which is in sharp contrast when compared to most doctor surgeries where the receptionists are like a instrument of torture. I am not joking I have seriously considered moving across the city just to have this place as my doctor's surgery. Simply first class!
