Was in agony with sciatica pain for two weeks. Can’t recommend BBC & PC highly enough. Couple of treatments with Peter and pain has gone, with increased mobility and flexibility.
I managed to get an emergency appointment with Jordan after I busted my back. I was very impressed with his work as physio - thorough, understanding of my specific needs, excellent soft tissue work and follow-up exercises. I find every aspect of the company helpful, kind and practical. I'm very grateful you were able to fit me in and help me out.
Karen was absolutely excellent and very thorough within the half hour slot. She gave me excellent advice on what stage I should have an MRI scan. She really made a difference with my sciatica pain. She is such a lovely girl, will miss the chats we had

Had a recurring back pain issue. Turns out it was facet joints. One session with Kellie and I feel brand new. She also provided some exercises to avoid reoccurrence of back pain. I'm really impressed
Great pilates classes always well organised in safe and sanitised environment with all equipment provided. Health conscious instructors who provide interesting and varied exercises making them both effective and fun.
Gillian was superb in easing my back pain. She also gave me exercises to do at home which have kept my back and neck pain-free. Would highly recommend
Been for my first appointment this morning. I'm not pain free yet, but after the treatment I am at least 25% more mobile pain free, the man sorting my lower back was really good and kept me informed all the way through. First class service and friendly staff. Would recommend to everyone.
Staff is lovely and they really know how to help you get back on your feet. I've been out of work for the last 6 months due to a back injury and they have helped me get back into good physical health. Almost completely healed thanks to them. Few more sessions and I'm golden. Highly recommend!!!
