   AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I attended Stanton Healthcare with the view they would provide me with abortion access. When I called they arranged me a “consultation” but the girl on the phone could not tell me what the consultation entailed as she “doesn’t do the consultations”. This should have been a red flag from the beginning. When I attended the lady seemed nice and made me fill out way more personal information that is needed - including The father’s name and his details (which I did not feel comfortable sharing - so I did not). The lady made me feel guilty for not wanting to tell the father. She kept referring to me as “a mother” when I had clearly stated that I wanted to terminate the pregnancy. In stanton healthcare they have NO clinical area, they have models of what a womb looks like at different stages of pregnancy which I could see the whole time I was speaking to this “councillor”. They do not provide abortions. Instead, I was given misleading information about the procedure - being told I “have to get an ultrasound as I could be at risk of an ectopic pregnancy” and felt pressured to continue my pregnancy. They presented themselves as a healthcare provider but are in fact a pro-life organisation. Anyone looking for abortion care should be aware they will not refer you for one and are not a regulated medical clinic. Please ring BPAS instead and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are many articles about this place, BBC has a watchdog documentary on them. Please avoid at all costs

   To all the wonderful staff of Stanton health, I am so pleased with all your support. About a year ago, I was new in Belfast, pregnant, totally alone, confused, desperate and depressed but life became much better the day I walked into Stanton health. Stanton health constantly listened to me,phoned me to check on how I fared and often inquired if I needed anything which they would provide. My baby is here now and they are like my family. I never have to worry about baby stuff and myself because Stanton is there for me. Thank you all very much.

   If I could leave no stars I would. If you want full & proper advice please seek out the British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) via the GOVs website. Do not let these people force you into a pregnancy you do not want. They will coerce you into this and then drop any & all support as soon as a child is born. This is a faith based anti-choice facility and is actively doing SO much harm to women.

   They saved me and my baby at a critical time! Provided me with a home, with food and with maternity clothes! Additionally drove me to a job interview which got me out of crisis, I owe them everything and more! Empowered me when everyone else was set on making my babies entire life disposable. I graduated my masters degree with my week old baby in my arms! Thank you Stanton!

   I brought a young girl years ago. She choose life for her unborn. She looks on him now a lovely young man that has brought much joy and love. It occasionally haunts her what she might have done. Without the help of Stanton he would not exist. A lot of young girls don’t realise in the early stages they are carrying a baby. Great work Stanton. Those who think you are talking them out of abortion could not be further from the truth. Not only are you helping the mother but you are saving a baby. Well done all of you!
