Lisa removed an ugly wart from my face. She was very professional, as well as being warm and friendly. I was nervous about the procedure but she took the time to explain it clearly and put me my ease. The procedure was very quick and over before I knew it. She then took the time to explain the aftercare with me and explained it very clearly.
