I attended Medica for nail treatment. The staff were very friendly. They made me feel very relaxed as I was very nervous. Turns out the treatment was painless and fantastic. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely go back should I ever need treatment again.

I have just had 5 star treatment at Medica in Ballyclare. I don't do many reviews but feel I had to for this great clinic. I had been suffering with an incredibly painful infection in my toe nail for a number of days that was getting worse, I couldn't get a GP and couldnt get antibiotics any other way. I emailed Medica explaining my problem hoping they could help in some way. Medica emailed me back very quickly and followed up with a phone call as they could tell I was in pain and they could help. I was seen the same day by Kerry in a very well presented and clean clinic. I was very nervous about treatment due to the pain but from the outset it was clear Kerry is knowledgeable and very experienced in her role and this very much put me at ease. She communicated with me throughout. I've previously had local anaesthetic injections in my toe with a different practitioner which were very painful, however with Kerry the injection process was much easier and clearly a result of her experience. Not only did she perform thorough treatment, as a prescriber she was actually able to provide me with a private script for antibiotics! I'm so relieved to finally get my toe on the road to healing. From the lovely receptionist (sorry I didnt catch her name!) through to my treatment, I was very impressed. I felt the staff really did care and obviously love what they do, especially as they even stayed late to get me sorted. If you are having foot/toe issues I would absolutely recommend Medica. I attended Medica Clinic for a routine Nail Care treatment. I had sprained my ankle so it was very swollen and bruised. Megan King advised and encouraged me to have it x-rayed as she suspected some damage to my foot and ankle. So she referred me to the local hospital. Waiting for an appointment. Thank you Megan.
The staff at Medica are just amazing! My feet were in such pain and discomfort to begin with and now after Megan has worked her magic I have no pain whatsoever! They are such a friendly group of girls, I look forward to my appointments not only to get my feet sorted but for a wee chat too.
All the staff here are so lovely and make you feel at ease. My feet were so sore and now I'm walking on air after getting a pair of insoles made and regular check-ups. Thank you
