   Somerset Window Cleaning came recommended by my village Whatsapp group and I gave them a ring when I noticed my gutter overspilling. They responded to my late-night online enquiry the following business day and arranged to come out about 3 days later. One of their men arrived promptly on the arranged day and got stuck straight in; apologies that I can't recall his name. He sucked the standing water out and got his camera out to inspect. There wasn't anything obvious causing a blockage and we could hear it draining a bit when spraying water onto the roof. So he got the ladder out and got stuck into the downpipe. There was a broken bit of tile in there and a rather large rock too, which are the likely culprits to causing the overflow by slowing the drainage. We haven't had any big rain since to confirm and he was very clear if it wasn't that, then it was probably the seals on the gutter ends and/or it not being levelled correctly. I'm pretty confident the two blockages he pulled out were the cause though. So I'm impressed with their communication, sticking to the times they said, and doing a thorough job. I'd absolutely use them again.

   Important review. Baught a house, hasn't had a clean in years I bet. These guys came and cleaned the exterior bay windows and when I came home, I could see dirt still around the edges. Perhaps it was the dirt being stubborn or looking clean from the angle they could see it from. I got in touch to say I wasn't happy and could the chap come back out to put it right = they rang me back, sent the guy back after his current job, I showed him the issue and he corrected it. This is more important than a regular 5 star review in my opinion because a business that will not only handle a complaint well, but put it right - is a company that deserves to survive. Thank you very much, our windows are ready to see out of again.

   We desperately needed a window clean as we are selling our property and had a viewing in the next couple of days. We rang Somerset Window Cleaning and they managed to fit us in last minute. The price was very fair for a last minute booking. The team arrived when they said they would, were very polite, friendly and courteous. But the best of all the quality of work was second to none.    I hope to god your window cleaning is much better than your employees driving. From street - Bridgwater on the a39 your absolute chopper of a driver has no regard for safety or other road users. Some goon with a beard If you want any actual information ( anyone in charge of the company ) please feel free to contact me in a reply and we could have a phone call because I know I wouldn’t want someone representing my business with that driving.

   Another great clean from Somerset Window Cleaning. I was sent a text the day before their arrival, the house windows were cleaned perfectly with respect for the property. I have found the team to be polite, trustworthy and totally professional. I was notified by text that the windows were cleaned and a day or two later payment was automatically made. A great efficient service which I highly recommend!! Well done.
