   Very disappointing experience with Affidea. My NHS consultant requesting a contrast MRI, making a private referral for me to Affidea. This requirement for the dye was questioned by the radiographer, leaving me stuck in the middle and unable to get the scan requested by the neurologist and paid for by me. No explanation, no offer to find a solution of contact the neurologist and creating stress for me. I would suggest avoiding.

   I had MRI of both both knees done on a Tuesday morning and had the full report by the Wednesday afternoon. Fantastic service from the moment I walked through the door . The whole team were warm, friendly and professional from the reception staff through to the radiographers, Megan and Alison . Very positive experience and will certainly recommend the clinic to my family and friends.

   Will definitely recommend affidea to family and friends.Right from the first initial phone call to getting my MRI scan done yesterday.Everything was amazing.julie was very helpful and so very professional at her job.The radiographers were amazing and reassured me and explained everything to me every step of the way sorry I can't remember their name's as I was a bit anxious.If I ever need another scan I will not hesitate to book with affidea again.Thank you once again❤️

   After being not contacted by Alliance Medical on numerous occasions, whom my consultant recommended, I was left to my own devices to arrange an MRI scan. I did my research and came across Affidea on the Malone Road. From start to finish the whole process was professional, straight forward and more cost effective. Thank you to Julie & Geraldine who were fantastic, they dealt with me promptly and had the scan assessed + booked in the same day. I would have no hesitation recommending Affidea, great service and well done.

   A terrible experience, left me very stressed after travelling for a appointment on the date given only to be told that they were not doing scans that day, I was to be contacted within 48 hours for a appointment but I had to contact them 4 days later to chase them up, and no follow up email as promised, disappointed
