Paid over the odds for a blood check. Then refused the service for being 6 minutes late. I was told I should have warned them I would be late, but the customer service phone line wasn't open and there is no direct line to the clinic. Make it make sense. I'm going Kingsbridge next time.

Terrible service, two weeks later and I'm still waiting on the result from a simple hormone test. It would have been faster to order a hormone test online from another company and save myself the inconvenience of attending an in-clinic appointment. Lesson learned, don't use this company!

Had an appointment on a Saturday morning. Woke up to a flood in the kitchen. Tried phoning the clinic. phone lines are only open Monday to Friday, even though the clinic operates on the weekend so no way to contact them. Contacted at the start of the next week, kept on hold for 30 minutes at the front of the queue? £15 rescheduling charge added. Terrible experience so far.

I arrived on time to my test only to be told I had already used it somehow. Spent another £55 to book another next day pcr test 15 minutes later. Money wasted and they wouldn’t fess up to there booking booking error. Would not recommend.

Tried to book 2day tests from website. Indicated that we would be arriving into the UK, but Select Category & Select Service gave no choices, so I chose the available, pre-flight tests. PLF form said codes given were invalid. Took me 45 minutes to get through on the phone & was told I'd chosen wrong tests, so these were cancelled. Your website is woeful!

Clinic is open until 5pm I called twice at 4.30 and they hanged up on me. I had a sample first thing in the morning and called laboratory and they still have not received my samples from the clinic after 7hrs. I paid £85 for the express test and it doesnt seem to be Express neither clinic is helping. Wasted money . Next time I will book the test in Dublin.

During this Covid 19 situation the best way to get test before traveling is Randox health. Book your test online, give away your sample at Holywood center and get your result withn 24 hr. The best thing about Randox health is it's location and it is just opposite holywood train station. You have to walk from the station staight, take a subway if you are visiting from Belfast.

Booked for the Express Travel RT-PCR Test and the experience was hassle free. Not only was it cheaper when compared to other private tests in and around Belfast, it was quick and I never had to even follow up on anything. When one of my flights got cancelled, they promptly acknowledged and empathised with my situation and got my appointment rescheduled at the nearest place. The reception was polite and the entire process was just a breeze. Got an email notification when my sample reached the labs and got my results emailed to me within 6-7 hours (quicker than promised). I totally recommend this place if you want a travel test done.
