   I collapsed with pain from my osteoarthritis in my lower spine and the freezing cold waiting in an unheated surgery, on the coldest day of the year, after waiting well over an hour for a nurse appointment. I told the receptionist several times I was unwell and was assured I would be seen shortly. I told them I couldn’t wait any longer made my way out to the carpark shivering and then collapsed. Staff wanted to call an ambulance but I refused as I wanted to lie down to ease my back pain. I got into my car with the heater full blast until I stopped trembling. Not a Doctor or staff member phoned later or the next day to check on my health.

   This surgery opens at 9am, on this Tuesday it is now closed. At just 2pm , 5 short hours. Get down to our surgery, oh hell yeah, In 5 hours. Can't even get to see a doctor. Have to pay to get there, and then get home. Reception staff who are dismissive. Surgeries that don't take your health conditions seriously, these health issues can grow over time, yet they dole out the same stuff over again. Just like dentists, GP now days will mysteriously fit you in. These surgeries are open, 5 hours per, 4 days in the week, plus maybe 2 on a Friday. If they are even open then. What a scam !! You get numbers to call after they have closed. I will bet that every GP surgery has lights on, and staff cars outside, to 5pm. 0ne or two doctors that have mysteriously vanished. Just like dentists. I live across from a dentist, their lights are on to at least 7pm. ?????? A complete Rip off, a basic denial of health care.

   Shocking I am in pain was on hold for 8 minutes waiting in the queue 3rd in the list as soon as I got through it started to ring they didn't pick up because it hit 10.30 no duty of care what so ever
