I almost want to keep this surgery "a best kept secret"! There are very occasionally a long wait time for calls to be answered but nothing like I experienced with the previous surgery that I was registered with so overall, quick answering time. The doctors are fantastic, return calls quickly and will answer all of your questions. The staff handling calls are also fantastic. I truly hope that this terrific care will be maintained as it's what we contribute to isn't it? Well done all at Ballywalter Surgery!

I had been worried about my health for awhile now, so called for an appointment and was seen the same day by Dr phillip Morrison, What a wonderful kind man you are Dr Morrison. My health issue has not been fully resolved yet, but I feel less afraid and more positive thanks to you. Thank you so much your a brilliant Doctor
you have no hope of getting an appointment over the phone. great staff and obviously there just isn't enough to cope with the demand, but trying to book an appointment takes weeks of dialling and hoping to get through to anything other than an automated message stating they have limited staff and to call back if it is not urgent.
Trying to get an appointment will take at least 100 dials before you get through. But saying that when you do get to see a doctor they are very good
