The hospital are great help and supportive. The cait mental health team are not no help what so ever regarding a young person mental health.

Excellent service. A highly professional, lifesaving, caring and supportive team of people dedicated to their vocations. Special thanks to Fiona, Gillian and Lorraine for getting my daughter and I through an incredibly difficult time. Apologies for only getting round to writing a review now. Forever indebted to you all; you have changed and shaped our lives for the better! A very heartfelt thank you to three wonderful ladies❤️❤️❤️

I had a lovely time during my stay at Beachcroft. The clothes were super comfortable, and I honest to god still wear the jumper that they let me take back home :) However, I can't give them a perfect score. They put me in a straightjacket because I refused to give up my nightly edging sessions. Other than that though, lovely place. Big up the maniacs

this place is the ninth circle of hell i was attempted to be suffocated by my roommate in the night, not by a pillow, but by their mounds of fat, they mustve had an ED; BUT NOT THE AESTHETIC KIND LIKE ANOREXIA THE ONE THAT MAKES YOU MASSIVE. by the way i really loved the way the staff made me feel so worthless. the only thing i enjoyed about this place was the lack of safety so i could engage in my dangerous silly activities that got me in here in the first place. however, it was a torture chamber.

Everyone sayin it's a torture chamber are just people wanting to complain. The service from this place is unreal and I wouldn't be where I am today without them.

what an absolute torture chamber. cant even begin to describe the utter disgust about the treatment of the patients in this so called 'hospital'. I had a friend who got continuously verbally abused by staff, being called 'inconsiderate' and 'disgusting' and many other remarks i'm not willing to disclose. Absolutely horrific. He came out with more trauma than before. Would not recommend this facility.
