   Staff here are brilliant. Never had a bad experience here, always positive. It's so much better since they moved here with all the extra space yet the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. I always find the staff to be very professional, attentive and helpful. AJ in particular is fantastic, a very likeable guy, really confident, vibrant, pleasant and knowledgeable, the sort of person who just brightens up your day. Thank you all.

   The whole experience was excellent. The staff were all professional, friendly and helpful, but in particular Rebecca the optician in Connswater. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. I wanted a 2nd opinion (as was not happy with current prescription at the time from a different opticians) and I also had something in my eye, which turned out to be a small bit of leaf, which she removed there and then!

   I had my eye test today and was with my newborn who took unsettled during the test, the lady was so lovely and did not rush the appointment. I was able to nurse the baby and have a natter with the optician making for a pleasant stress free experience! I don’t find you get this approach often but it was appreciated so I had to give a review!

   I have been attending Connswater Specsavers for almost 20 years. The service has been consistently excellent, whether for contact lenses, glasses, or occasional urgent problems. Over the years I have met many Staff and various Opticians. The service is always professional, efficient and friendly. The prices are very fair. Car parking is easy. Earlier this week I attended for a routine eye test and contact lens test. I was seen by Miss Jenny Lewis, who was totally professional and friendly and explained things very clearly. So my sincere thanks to All.

   I have been going to Specsavers Connswater for many years. The staff are always so lovely. I was there today for an eye test. I was dealt with after my test by Olivia. She was so helpful and helped me select my frames - which took me a long time! . She was so knowledgeable and friendly. A really nice experience. Thank you!

   Booked an appointment in the belfast (connswater) branch to get contact lenses, waited 2 half weeks for the appointment. Turn up for appointment on time was told to take a seat, 20 mins past I asked a member of staff what the hold up was she was none the wiser asked me was I checked in I said yes 20 mins ago she said they are running behind to take a seat another 25 mins past and customers arriving for appointments 45 mins after mine where being taking straight away I decided enough was enough and had to leave, told a male member of staff to cancel my appointment he was very rude unapologetic nor sympathetic to the fact I had waited for 45 mins with no communication from anyone. Didn’t try to rectify this experience nor have I had a phone call to apologise or reschedule.

   My wife had a woeful experience at Spec Savers Connswater and will write to the management directly. Absolutely appalling customer service and lack of empathy for an eye inflammatory issue. Spent £344 on glasses and an eye test in August 2022 and will not darken the door again.

   Today.....14th September 2022, I had an appointment with you guys for an eye test/ new glasses. Overall experience from I entered the shop until I left, was very professional. Staff wearing masks at the door, sanitising unit set up, and quick, efficient, pleasant staff attending to me almost straight away. There were quite a lot of customers in at the time, and still the staff dealt with them all in a polite manner. Five stars Specsavers....very impressed!
