   I was looked after extremely well from as soon as I walked in the door until I left. The person to meet me at the door quickly found my appointment and sent me to be received at the right place. I was quickly seen and assessed with the provisional tests by a really polite, helpful young man. I didn’t have to wait long until the optician called me. The optician that looked after me was extremely professional and made sure all was covered in her assessment and tests to be able to tell me with confidence what the problem was. The optician made a referral to my doctor and again this gave me great confidence in the optician and Specsavers. I would recommend anyone to go to Specsavers.

   “I brought my daughter for an eye check-up at Specsavers Victoria Square. The eye test was well organised, and they explained each stage clearly. It was a good experience overall good “I went to collect glasses, and the staff members Branden and Jenny were very helpful and kind. We purchased MyoSmart lenses, and everything was explained clearly. They also helped us choose the right frames for both of my daughters. I highly recommend Specsavers.”

   Very friendly and helpful staff, from the folks on the lower floor helping with getting sorted with glasses to the opticians. A wide array of tests offered and conducted professionally. A good range of frames on offer from budget options to a selection of designer options. I have been going to the Victoria Square location since it opened and have been very happy with the end to end services

   Really good services. Very fast to be seen even though i was there early. Very friendly staff. Once the eye test was done the sales assistant were very helpful in helping me decide on my new frames. Once they were ordered with the lenses were delivered to the shop and was able to pick them up Very easily. Would definitely recommend this place
