Staff were incredibly punctual, pleasant and helpful regarding any enquiry I put forward. Based on that, I would have no hesitation in recommending any of my family members or friends to Specsavers. Nothing was too much trouble and I did not have to wait long on my appointment. A breath of fresh air regarding customer service!

I felt pressured and rushed into buying reading glasses that I don't need. I don't recommend as they are simply out to make a profit by all means possible and I don't wear mine as I don't need them. Like my glasses, I don't think I'll use them again.
I visited specsavers on the ninth of February 2023. I really appreciated Bill the gentleman, I say gentleman, as this is the word to describe him. Bill, helped me to the top most of helpings, you can match. Bill, was very, effortless, relaxed and I have to say a very, patient man, as I tried on many glasses, he just knew, how to present himself. Always careful, caring, kind and considerate. In fact I still, cannot believe, his service awe-inspiring, with exceptional, customer service. He knew what to say, and most importantly, ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, he knows what TO RECOMMEND. You really have someone so, very special helping, the team at Specsavers, out. I want to just, add I saw Bill, today when I was collecting, my glasses and I have to say the same again. What a kind, caring, being, human being, who cares about people and his role as much :). He lights, specsavers up in a way like no other, and customers are more than, happy with him. He cares about having, a great day and wished me, this when I was leaving, the store, sensational Bill, but he does everything, that makes him, and his role stand out naturally he is real. Thomas, the gentleman who helped fix, and sort out, my glasses accurately, today when I was collecting, them he was also very nice, excellent customer care, carefulness and consideration, too, he was very, kind gentlemanly, and considerate, always apologising, for keeping, me waiting. He was very good, too at his job indeed. He correctly cut my glasses so they would be the perfect correctional fit and I was over the moon with, his level of care too :)
First time going with Specsavers and I will now be continuing to do so, great and efficient service, staff very helpful, explained everything clearly and a gent named Chris was great getting me sorted with my new glasses giving me all options. Very happy.
I had a really positive experience from the Lisburn store and all the friendly staff members from the initial eye test. An issue developed with the suitability of the frames I chose (no fault of the store,) but the after care was genuinely first class and left me reflecting on an instance of genuinely great customer service that one seldom comes across. I would highly recommended this store and I hope my thanks can be passed on again to the colleagues who helped me today.
