I was so happy a Dermalogica came to Belfast. Back in 2023 I booked an appointment with Jen and have been going to her ever since. The shop is always immaculate and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Jen has helped me so much with my skin journey. Will forever be coming back!
It was a very welcoming experience. Very knowledgeable staff, and I was made to feel at ease despite my fairly horrendous looks at the moment! I’m now wondering why I didn’t go sooner. If there is anything you’re insecure about regarding your complexion Dermalogica in Belfast should be at the top of your list to visit!!
Fantastic facial experience. My skin looks great following the Luminfusion treatment. It's a lovely space and feels really calming and private, even in the shop space. The customer service was second to none, even in the face of some technical difficulties. I would highly recommend.
Today was amazing, I am so grateful for Charlotte. I instantly felt at ease when I walked in. Charlottes calm welcoming vibe was so appreciated. Her knowledge was incredible, I could have listened to her all evening. So excited to try all my new products. I will 100% be back, of course with Charlotte. Angela was amazing. She was so knowledgeable about all things skin related. She identified all my problem areas and recommended products that would help during my facial. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease during my facial and I would definitely go back if she was my therapist! She is an asset to the company :)
I've never been to a dermatologist before, but I've now had two sessions with Louise and but shes always made me feel really welcome and comfortable, and gives me great advice without making me feel judged! She takes the time to explain what she's doing, how it works, and makes sure to check in on my comfort levels regularly which puts my mind at ease. My skin is feeling and looking way better already and my first appointment was only a bit over a month ago!!
Very friendly atmosphere was created. I felt involved and knowledgable on every thing that was being done thanks to Charlotte. Which made the process much more relaxing. It was so interesting to know the purpose behind everything. The facial itself was amazing. My skin is so soft and glowy and I feel like a million $. But Charlotte made that bit extra. Great asset to the team. I can’t wait for another one!
I had the 30 minute pro facial with Charlotte and it was amazing! She knew exactly what my skin needed and talked me through the products she used. My skin has never looked better! The staff are so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come back!
