   Terrible company. Kerrie Ann Davies is a thief who does not pay her staff. She has not paid a friend her months wage. Just weeks before xmas and with 3 young children. Kerrie is heartless, does not respond to anything and just does not care. The company deserves to fail and i hope Kerrie gets her karma.

   I've used Spring Cleaners for over 5 years and over that period, apart from a few minor issues, the service was always very good. I've had to work from home since lockdown and my company are not going back to the office until 2021. I tried to explain this to Spring Cleaners yet cleaners turned up at my house twice when I had asked them not to. I asked to pause my cleaning, or perhaps have a monthly clean where I could arrange be out of the house. Instead my last email was ignored and my keys were just shoved through my letter box. Given the tough times many companies are going through, this is not the way to treat loyal customers!! It makes me wonder how they treat their staff - very disappointing from a company I used to trust.

   I cannot fault this company, from the first meeting with the sales team through the initial clean and now on to my third maintenance clean - these guys really do go above and beyond! Would recommend them to anyone in need of a regular clean!

   I have used The Springs for almost 3 years. I was originally put onto a 6 week customer waiting list - but I felt I'd rather have the checked staff than just anyone. The have always been friendly and professional and they have even helped me out last minute sometimes. I couldn't be without these people in my life. Take this as a very public Thank You

   Absolutely awful service from Spring Cleaners. I have been trying to arrange some cleaning from them and they keep promising to get back to me with dates and to phone me to arrange things, so far despite in excess of 5 calls to them and several promises they have made to get back to me no-one has. It seems that they just don't want the business and I can't understand why they don't just say that they don't want my business. Really very odd and utterly unacceptable.

   I'm very unhappy of the way you treat clients.You owe me money for a credit note, plus money as a refund for losing my home key and have the lock changed (you suggested so, you also said to send the receipts, whichIdid).I've been chasing you for months and you just ignore me.My next step will be legal.I will suggest anyone to run away from you. their reviews are false cancel the negative ones
