Very poor service. Made my childβs mental health worse by not taking them seriously. Iβm reading positive reviews in the comments and wonder why our treatment failed so badly.

I was having phone call arranged sessions as at the time I did not feel comfortable having in person sessions with a councillor. The phone calls I had with one of these councillors was horrible, it felt like going in loops every session, I felt my voice was never heard and she constantly pushed the narrative of maybe I was the cause to traumatic experiences Iβd experienced. Never once did I feel helped or heard in the sessions as she always cut me off mid session and said βI have other clients so we will have to end the session nowβ no sorry no apology for interruption, I felt as if my feelings and experiences were completely dismissed or not even acknowledged at all terrible leaving a young child at the time I was feeling the way I did after each session.

Horrible place, been going on and off since i was 11, one of the older male therapists were creepy towards me when i was 15, nothing ever happened. When i went back at 16, i waited a year for a therapist who hasn't seen me in months now and they do nothing to help. Go somewhere else. All theyll do is call social services and tell you to put your blades somewhere out of reach

Great people. Very friendly and helpful. Be warned, though, parking is a nightmare.

I started of work a rough journey in cahms but I met ciaran and he was the most amazing therapist I ever had the support from him was unbelievable, he was there when I got took out of school , he even came up to hospital when I was severely ill to make sure I was ok and got the best support , he was the only person I trusted and I couldnβt recommend him more

At the beginning it was good for my daughter, Then due to the recommendations by one of the councillors (kevin) that a break/rest from the single parent (father's) where the daughter was living, To stay at her mum's for that break, As my daughter never returned home and stopped speaking to me ,This councillor kevin broke up my family and relationship and the friendship that I had, which destroyed the family and I wouldn't be recommend this young people's centre and the councillor even offered me counciling and I'm a grown man which was an insult to my intelligence. The photo below was there ,It was my daughter empty room.
