I don’t like to post reviews that are just of me hating on something but when I say it’s bad, it’s bad. I honestly left CAMHS worse than I was when I first came. I was discharged and brought back multiple times and all I was told was to “go for a walk or a warm bath.” I was sent for self harmed and suicidal thoughts and tendencies so how would a “bath” or “going for a walk” help me? Genuinely dreaded going there and cried everything I had to go. Wouldn’t recommend it if you have been recommended for similar things like me.
