Really impressed by service from initially making a telephone enquiry prior to ordering online, to organisation of delivery and great delivery guys. The quality of the cantilever desk; tall bookcase; low storage cupboard and two draw pedestal I bought, is excellent. Very solidly made and easily assembled. My only niggles are that as per photo of three small holes in triangle pattern, they do not show on the installation diagrams and I wrongly put these at the rear of the furniture, when in fact they were needed for the door catches of the cupboard. However, less unsightly at the rear of the book case, which does not have doors. The two drawer pedestal could do with a small castor to the bottom of the lower drawer because the weight of the files means that the unit tips when the bottom drawer is fully opened. As my desk is against a wall, I realised I also needed a 'switched' gang plug to avoid crawling on the floor to access the power socket situated behind the modesty board : ) Despite the couple of niggles I would highly recommend this company and their quality products.

Great communication throughout process. Delivery slot was 2 hours and delivered within the time slot. Driver helped bring heavy packages in for me and couldn't be more helpful. Good quality furniture which was easy to put together (even for me). Looks great too.

The desk and pedestal that I ordered were very good quality and easy to assemble. The only comment I would make is that whilst I got an invoice when I ordered, the delivery details was a phone call only, 10 days before delivery. I would have preferred an email confirming delivery. But I would order from the company again as the furniture is good quality.
With the growing realisation that I’m never going back to a proper office, I decided to renovate my own home office room and looked for a supplier for a new desk and some cabinets. I came across NOFS in that search and felt that the products offered were exactly what I needed. Great price and colour / design options. I placed my order and received excellent communications throughout and a couple of calls to arrange (and then bring forward) my delivery. Having built and installed the desk, etc…, I cannot fault the quality of the product. It looks great and is very robust - this is not made of flimsy materials. The desk top and cabinets and made from thick chipboard, covered in a good quality laminate and is exactly the type I used to work at when I was in an office (remember those days?…). The fact that this was a single order didn’t impact the ordering process or delivery at all. The assembly instructions and the bits (hinges, etc…) were all of an equally high quality. This product will certainly serve me for as many years as I need it and all for a very reasonable price. I’m very pleased and have a clean, comfortable and functional space to work from.
Both excellent service and products ⭐ Having looked online for weeks for our new office furniture we came across National Office Furniture Supplies, they had just what we were looking for. We were ordering a large amount of desks and units and I was slightly worried of what quality they would be as I was ordering online. As it happened, I had absolutely nothing to worry about, the desks were sturdy and excellent quality, my order arrived exactly on time on numerous pallets and were so simple to put together. We even made it into a team/desk building exercise for us girls in the office, we had a fun day and are all enjoying our lovely new desks.
