Both the receptionist and optician were very friendly and professional. Everything was explained clearly to me. I was also pleased with the cost of my new reading glasses.
This was my first time using Vision Express and I must say I was very impressed. The online booking system was easy to use and very flexible as I had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times. The staff were friendly and very efficient. My test was carried out in a professional manner, was very thorough and everything was explained clearly both during and at the completion of the test. I would definitely recommend this service.
Carrickfergus Vision Express (located in Tesco) 1st time visiting these and I have to say a nice and more professional team you would be hard to find. Easy to book online with confirmation sent via text and / or email. Parking is simple due to the co location at Tesco Reception and welcome was fantastic Wait time about 3 mins Very professional team indeed and very polite and friendly when taking initial images and measurements The optometrist was super friendly and very knowledgeable; ensuring that at each stage of the process I knew what was going on and what was next. Talk me to about current prescription and they were even able to work out what that was by using my current glasses. Follow up check booked and I left feeling very good about the process. To finish of the lady’s who helped pick out new frames where very helpful and offered up suggestions in line with my budget and styles. Very pleasant experience and I will using this place from now on.

When making appointment for contact lens after care was told by staff member only needed to wear contact lenses to appointment. Optician couldn’t carry out full test as didn’t have glasses with me ( was never told to bring them plus they are never worn) couldn’t order replacement contacts until next appointment which is 2 weeks later.
A really great experience. Professional and friendly from start to finish. A fantastic range of affordable frames & lens available. It was such a pleasure to shop there. I have no connection with them whatsoever, other than as a happy customer.
The optician was very nice and efficient. And Lorna was really helpful in helping me choose glasses and made the experience very pleasant.
It was absolutely brilliant. The Optician who checked my eye sight was compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable. And the admin staff at Tesco Vision Express were very professional and helpful. It was 10 out of 10.
Was a great experience. Couldn't have been treated more professionally or better. All the staff were very helpful and after a long day at work they didn't keep me hanging around longer than necessary. First time using Vision Express and will definately go back. Fantastic staff . Thanks
