   Caroline at TUI West Bridgford has been amazing at helping us book another holiday today. She knows us so well so is always great at recommending resorts she knows we will like. Her and the team, especially Emma, are incredible at making it special for our children, on occasions giving us pretend tickets to put in a card to surprise our son and daughter. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

   Went into Tui West Brigford. I was dealt with very professionally and Hamira was amazing. She found me and the whole family the best deal and hopefully will have a great holiday. She was fantastic at not just finding me a good deal but extremely friendly and I would recommend if your booking a holiday to go to her. She was very sympathetic towards my sons needs who is autistic as his needs were accomated for on the booking. Hamira was so professional in her job and really looked after me Amazing personality.

   An outstanding experience! (Anna) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I walked into the TUI branch in West Bridgford, I was greeted by Anna with the warmest smile and made to feel instantly welcome. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, making the entire booking process an absolute pleasure. I’ve always used Jet2 in the past, but after the experience I had today, this TUI branch will definitely be my first choice from now on. Anna made booking my first wedding anniversary trip so much fun — we shared lots of laughs, and her enthusiasm made everything feel effortless. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help plan this special surprise for my wife. Thank you so much, Anna, for all your help and genuine care. You’ve truly made this a memorable experience, and I’ll definitely be back soon to book my cruise for next year!

   We visited our local TUI store after receiving an email about building work at our booked hotel's sister property. We'd found it challenging to get clear information online, so we decided to go in person. We're so glad we did! The staff member who helped us was incredibly helpful. She quickly looked up the details on her computer and provided us with plenty of information. Crucially, she clarified that the sister hotel was quite a distance from ours, meaning we shouldn't have any noise concerns. This wasn't at all clear when we booked, so her information was absolutely spot-on and put our minds at ease. Thank you so much for your help! We also used this same store to collect our travel money, and again, the staff member serving us was lovely. It's fantastic to have such a helpful and friendly holiday shop conveniently located near us.

   My husband and I had decided the time had come for us to have our first cruise experience. As this was a completely new experience for us, and with many options available we decided to make a visit to our local TUI store in West Bridgford. We were warmly greeted by Anna who was extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions about cruising and how to maximise our experience. She talked us through upgrade options and methods of payments and explained how to book excursions and even gave us knowledge of the ports of call on our itinerary. We have since been back in store to use some vouchers towards our cruise and again Anna was extremely helpful. I would recommend a visit to this store for anyone in a similar situation if Anna's professionalism is anything to go by, your experience will be positive.

   My and my girlfriend visited the store today to book a holiday for both of our 22nd birthdays this summer. We were helped in store by Emma who was outstanding!!! She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to find us a great deal and the perfect holiday which we are both really looking forward to thanks to her efforts and charisma. Additionally, Caroline, who works in the store as well, is also extremely friendly and welcoming. Both members of staff we talked to gave us amazing customer service and put a huge smile on both our faces. I would truly recommend anyone to visit this store to book their next holiday! Amazing 5 star service!!!

   Came into TUI West Bridgford today and was greeted by the most lovely bunch of ladies who went out of their way to help us. We were unsure of where to go and the TUI ladies recommended loads of amazing places to suit our needs. We are 2 families with 3 children between us and wanted a holiday that would suit our children. The TUI ladies have found us an amazing deal in a TUI Blue hotel suitable for the kids. Thank you TUI Ladies you have been amazing especially Hannah.

   We are so grateful for the amazing service Georgina provided! We had a very large booking, and it was quite daunting to have it all sorted! Georgina came to our rescue for sure! All of the options and alternatives were clearly explained, and the patience she showed throughout all of this was commendable!
