Rude staff on money exchange counter if your having a bad day don’t take it out your customers and give less money then should of got no receipt given no details tuck

Top marks for this travel agent and Jet2 holidays! Twice we booked our holiday and unfortunately twice we had to cancel, on both occasions getting our refund was no fuss or bother whatsoever. I found the staff at Bulwell branch very professional and helpful they really know their stuff especially when it comes to booking a holiday that’s a little more complex than usual, they make the whole experience of booking a holiday a whole lot easier will definitely use them again in the future.
