   I had already found a holiday deal online and the lovely ladies instore were able to pull it up for me, book my seats on the flight and even save me some money by booking with them in person. Flayne even emailed me with some excursion inspiration for us to look through after when left. Fantastic experience today, getting us the family holiday we wanted and at a better price. It was really helpful to do everything in person knowing that all our information was double checked and we'd completed all the necessary steps. They even offered to help us check in and print our tickets nearer to the time. Great service and I would highly recommend
