   It’s a scam those ppl bought me ticket plus my visa but when I try to come back from my holiday I couldn’t because they bought me my visa to early and it was expired just because there mistake I lost over £700 plus more money to buy new visa and ticket Plus they blame this mistake on me which is they bought me my ticket and my visa this is there job and now they don’t care for what big mistake they done and they never get back to me and they don’t respond guys they’re really really unprofessional stuff It’s a scam rubbish stuff

   You failed to send the restrictions to the costumer because of that the costumer lost the flight and the money. Instead to help the costumer, the costumer service was very rude and disrespectful and that is unethical in a business. You guys are a scam and are scamming other people.
