Very disappointed. Found my time wasted. I approached them based on recommendation with the aim to set up as a sole trader and get VAT registered. The initial appointment with Mr Daw was very positive and expectations were set for both parties. I knew what preparation was expected of me and I knew roughly what price their advice and assistance came at. Unfortunately communication failed following that meeting. Several emails and calls were acknowledged by a secretary but never followed up on. I accept that I'm a small fry but wish I had been turned away as opposed to being left dangling.
