The gentleman working in the gift shop is super lovely and very welcoming. However, the ladies at the Robin Hood counters could benefit from some additional training in engaging more warmly with clients!

Absolutely disgusted by the way I've been spoken to today. It's almost like they have an absolute hatred of disabled people. I'd suggest that you retrain these staff to have a more compassionate and open minded opinion of people like myself (Disabled) I was dealing with one woman when another member of staff butted in and tried to intimidate me. It was exactly the same last year when I went to renew my bus pass! I would expect their line managers to do something about it and have some accountability....but, EVERYONE knows you'll do naff all.!!!!!
The lady who served me was extremely busy as she was the only person working in the Travel Centre. She was, however, very polite and possessed good customer care skills. The Forest Shop, in contrast, was not busy at all, with four staff talking amongst themselves.
A tourism centre, with very dedicated and helpful staff. Come here as a first stop if you come to Nottingham and your a tourist.. and do not forget to book a trip to the city caves!!
Nottingham is a magic city with a variety of things to do! You will never be tired! Plenty nightlife, great cuisine and warm people! Music & Art everywhere It is such a safe city too and the prices are affordable too! Come & visit us
