Started using Jim this year on a recommendation from a colleague and couldn't recommend highly enough. He turned my accounts round quickly and was really helpful with any questions I had which put me at ease as someone who's got a new LTD company.
Super efficient service. I provided my documents and Jim had processed my tax return already the next day. I routinely over-pay tax in the UK due to working for a Canadian-based company and already paying withholding tax on stock options/awards. Jim has navigated this with ease and secured HMRC refunds for me. Wish I had engaged him sooner - he has taken away all of the headaches of tax returns for someone who is neurodiverse and struggles with forms/admin!
I need to start with another thank you to Jim. Never used an account before but due to issues with working Self-employed through amazon from over 2 years ago and the tax man asking for so much info and receiving penalty points I needed help to sort as I was getting nowhere with gov.uk. Then after several months of stress I was advised to contact Jim as he is local, friendly and his business to help. So glad i did... it took Jim less than a week so sort a 2 year issue and I'm even due a refund... after fearing I'd owe more than I should. Friendly, attentive, professional and quick service... highly recommended.
Jim, every year demonstrates a calm, quiet confidence that he knows what he's doing and backs it up with the competence and speed to just get it done. No one likes doing their tax returns etc. at least Jim makes it painless. And always quick with a reassurance when you think you've screwed something up ;)
