Easy no hassle parking, lovely receptionist on arrival. Appointment exactly on time and easy instructions.
Mixed service - nice audiologist and hearing aids supplied. Support could be improved eg info about cleaning requirements and supply of equipment or at least advice. Fast fix and return of broken ones, but no info re why they weren’t working in the first place, or what the box of things they’d also sent me were. Someone there needs to write a nice little leaf let about how to care for your hearing aids. They did enclose a leaflet telling me not to feed the batteries to young children which was very helpful as I was just about to. Shame this is all privatised too.
Only reason for 3 star is the staff from booking to dropping off and over the telephone were amazing. Very quick turn around and helpful. What is absolutely shocking (in my experience) is the £50 charge to pay for a cardiology review. I had an abnormality come up on my monitor, payed the extra £50 for review, was told it would take 24-48 hours. Within 10minutes it had been reviewed (all of about 3 words) all of which was ALREADY written on the report any way? Basically paid £50 extra for absolutely nothing. A shame about that part as other than that, it’s was a great service. I never leave reviews but would hate to think someone else getting ripped off when it’s likely the information is already written out on your report.
Friendly staff. Looked Clean in waiting area. Chilled water dispenser freely available with cups well stocked. Lost a star only because no snack machine which would have been useful for a longer waiting time. Overall a pleasant experience

Well done! Superbly efficient, prompt service by friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and professional staff. Very clean throughout, and no waiting. I even got in early as the person before me was late. No red tape here!! Sadly, puts the NHS to shame.......
