   I had a lovely visit to Fenwick Brent Cross this weekend. The store spans three floors and offers a brilliant mix of designer fashion, beauty, homeware and gifts, something for every taste. The ambience is stylish and welcoming, with attentive staff and helpful services such as personal-shopping and click-and-collect. I especially appreciated the beauty section (great for skincare and premium finds) and enjoyed a relaxing café break mid-shopping. Overall a premium, well-organised shopping experience, would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, style and a little treat

   Three times I stopped by the counter to have access to the Pokémon cabinet to grab an advent calendar. Three times I waited at an empty counter. Twice staff members made eye contact with me and just ignored me, no acknowledgment at all. If staff are busy or working a different area then that’s fine, I understand but some acknowledgment; maybe try find the staff member responsible or say to me it’ll be a few minutes. I arrived, waited and left. Did the rest of my shopping and went back, waited and left. Then when there was nothing more to do I went, waited again and finally got served. I wanted 2 Pokémon adventure calendars for the kids and I was refused, one purchase per person apparently though they didn’t seem too sure (not sure why as no other store has purchase limits unless it’s the new Pokémon card release) So the plan was to get a calendar for each of the kids and it took three attempts, and even that wasn’t sufficient. Next time I’ll just try John Lewis…

   Love this store. It is huge and over three floors. Each floors smells amazing! There is something for everyone. Second floor has food including their own restaurant, cafe Nero, patisserie Valerie and furniture. The women's section is full of different upmarket brands as is the mens. Hey also have unique gifts like lavender scented sheets for lining your shelves or drawers. Staff are friendly and take your time in this store, they have everything!

   This review is solely for Mick who gave 10/10 customer service. Mick had help me look for the some good perfume options in which we found the right one. I was having a bad day but once I spoke to Mick he had lightened up my mood and really appreciate him for his time and service. Shoutout to Mick!!!!

   Horrible service. We approached a till where a member of staff was stood. After a few minutes she looked up and asked if we need anything, as though we were disturbing her. We asked for a gift card. She spent 15 minutes looking for one at another til, and came back with just the plastic card, no wallet or envelope for it to go in. When asked where the wallet or envelope was, she then left it to her manager to find one which took another 10mins. I've never seen anyone offer just the plastic card when you purchase a gift card, but I guess if you go to Fenwick to shop with a baby bag rather than Chanel bag, this is how you're treated

   We had a mothers daughters get-together lunch, which was lovely. The manager was extremely helpful with my 94 year old mother's need and the service was excellent. Professional with a smile. Tasty food.

   Brent Cross Shopping Center anchor store. 3 tastefully arranged floors. Here you can buy clothes, home and kitchen accessories, and furniture. The women's department is successful, with a wide selection of clothes. There is also a small horticulture department, with a selection of plants, tools for gardening, and clothes suitable for working in the garden. On the top floor there is a restaurant and a cafe.
