Was with the community respiratory team this morning. They are absolutely brilliant. Both Michaela and Sarah are such caring and pleasant nurses. God Bless you both.
The nurse who attended to me had zero personality! Not a smile, not a good morning, not a good bye. I have NEVER had such an experience from a medical staff.
