   Have used a few times over the years to repair appliances but on a recent visit I was told the appliance wouldn’t be able to be repaired and instead needed to be replaced. Got a second opinion and they’ve managed to fix it. I also got charged more for the call out fee than I was quoted on the phone.

   Wouldn’t recommend. Took my washing machine apart to gain access to try and fix. Couldn’t fix it which is fine but I told him I saw a screw fall behind the washing machine when he was taking it apart, and to make sure it’s picked up and put back in to which he said he did. Later my washing machine was fixed by another engineer without opening it but now makes a funny noise as Gareth did not put all the screws back internally. (I found it on the floor behind) Text him to come back and sort twice on the 4th March and 11th. No reply. I guess once they take your money that’s it. Highly unprofessional, poor service. You had two weeks to respond and sort it and you chose to ignore me. AVOID.

   I called Gareth out as had an issue with my fridge freezer. Gareth took no time in diagnosing the fault and recommending what to do next. I found him to be very professional and the call out fee was very reasonable compared to other companies out there. I would not hesitate to use Gareth again in the future.

   Called up about a broken washing machine. Someone came out the same day and ordered the parts. Two parts were needed and the day the parts arrived they were back fitting them. Fantastic service and decent prices. Will recommend to family and friends.

   I was very pleased with this company My washing machine stopped mid cycle I found this company local to me on Google The man who came out name Paul showed me it the plug was the problem he sorted that and checked my machine and charged me a call out fee of £20 As a senior citizen this was a very favorable fee

   We have used ASR on 3 occasions now for dishwasher repair, dishwasher replacement and washing machine repair. We are a family of 5 so all our machines are always in constant use and needed on a daily basis. On all 3 occasions the service from Gareth and Craig has been excellent. They are knowledgeable, reply quickly, attend to the repair quickly, reasonably priced and communicate fully. I have no hesitation recommending them.
