   Had to chase several times , on update of my tax return , moved to another accountant who has emailed them for documentation from last year as I wasn’t given anything , so far new accountant has not heard back ( from 8 weeks ago) . Ie no evidence of a tax return being completed for me last year . Felt like I was being charged monthly for a none existent service .

   Do not use this accountants! My husband was backdated letters over a year with inland revenues as guinn the account had not done his books for over 12 months an got my husband a fine ....and we are still waiting for money owed from 2015
