Excellent service from Phill. Washing machine pump was broken and Phil was quick to identify the issue and fix it. The service was excellent. Also provided tips on how to maintain the washer. Polite and honest, definitely recommend.
Best service I have ever had .. what a lovely, professional, courteous, kind man Phil is . I called him asking for advice after a recommendation and explained that another tradesman had been out to my 85 yr old dad charged an extortionate amount to tell me that it wasn’t worth fixing .. to get a new washing machine .. Phil came out the next day and sorted the problem .. washing machine now working .. He was considerate and helpful to my Dad who has had 2 strokes , very patient and super informative .. if I could give him 10 stars I would ! Just goes to show how careful you have to be, especially the elderly and vulnerable.. Highly recommend.. Thank you so much Phil .. I’ll be telling everyone about your service..
Called Phil about a problem with our dishwasher. He turned up on time was polite and professional. He quickly provided a solution to the problem we had. Will defiantly be using him again for any future problems with appliances.
Phil came out on a day we were available to fix our tumble dryer, we've had white knights in the past that lasted 12 years. This two year one however didn't. Phil repaired what he thought the issue was but unfortunately it turned out to be a part that was obselete. As Phil attempted to repair it and couldn't. He issued a refund with out hesitation. Phil is a really lovely guy, was curtious and professional. When something else goes wrong.. it will... Our bad luck.... I know the guy to call. Thank you for doing your best. It was appreciated.
Got recomeneded to try P H Services, and having left a voice mail, i quickly got a txt to say they would call back ASAP. That happened within a couple of hours and i explained the problem with the dishwasher and the next working day was offered to get out to look at the problem. All fixed within the hour and an explanation of what caused the problem and the resolution, some advice on general mainteance as well. Very reasonable, would highly recomend.
