Went in for a present for my partner left most of the deposit straight down on the table and he has lost my order one day before the birthday now the refund will take 3 days and I’m left with nothing. Not apologetic nothing just saying well that’s all we have pick something else!!!! Terrible service!!!!

Tried to sell some gold here, went to another jeweller down the road and offered £120 more on same day. Also looked at buying a kara fory son, i was offered a 12g one, but for the for same price I bought one for 15g from down the road. I would recommend you avoid at all costs
