   Ordered a Clogau ring from here as the price was the cheapest on Internet. It was monday,3 days before Christmas and free postage so wasn't expecting it til after the big day. Parcel arrived on Tuesday, and they'd paid over £10 postage to get next day special delivery. Now that's what I call excellent service from a family business. Highly recommend.

   I have recently relocated from London and needed my watch strap repaired and noticed the reviews for Henns and decided to give them a go. A friendly and efficient service from start to finish ( thank you Katherine!). I had been wanting to get this strap fixed properly for a while - it was done within 30 minutes - which allowed me to have a coffee and conduct errands. I have a few watches that need repair and I will be back!

   First rate service from the owner and his staff. Great independent jeweller with outstanding expertise. Really knows his diamonds and can demonstrate and explain it all simply..colour, cut, inclusions etc. If you can't see what you want they will go out and find exactly what you want or have it made to your design.
