Phoned Ian about problem with my washing machine not spinning. After a brief discussion Ian gave me an estimate for the work and said he would come round the following morning. He arrived absolutely on time and introduced himself. He immediately identified the problem, had the part on his van and my machine was working within 20 minutes. The charge was exactly what he had quoted. What a pleasure to meet such a pleasant and efficient person who is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend using Ian Walker. This is the second time in 3 years that I’ve called on Ian for different domestic alliances. He gets the job done and doesn’t try to rip you off. I thought I had a leaking washing machine but it was poor plumbing connections which Ian sorted. If he’s busy and you can wait, he’s worth the wait.
