   Shocking service, had 3 engineers visit over 6-7 weeks to repair dishwasher. After multiple replacement parts being ordered and delivered no repair possible - which is fine, apart for long wait. The part of the service that was shocking, was damage made to the property that the engineer admitted and after trying to fix the problem, which he could not, said he would report back to office. I heard nothing back. I then contacted insurer about the problem, who contacted Wednesfield Appliance Repairs - the engineer denied everything. Stay clear

   I cannot praise Wednesfield Appliance repairs enough. Unfortunately, my repair wasn’t a simple fix but the company office and Matt kept me up to date and informed throughout. They always came when they said they would and the phone call saying that they were on their way was much appreciated. In the end Matt sourced a replacement item for me, installed it and took away our old appliance. Fantastic service from everyone involved.

   Dave came out to repair my dishwasher and was fantastic from start to finish. He ordered the necessary parts but also kindly took a look at my tumble dryer while he was here—and fixed that too! He was friendly, efficient, and professional throughout. He really put me at ease and was lovely with my dog, which meant a lot. I couldn’t recommend him and Wednesfield appliances highly enough. Great service all round!

   Rob was the engineer who attended. Top man and top marks for everything from start to finish. He was polite, studious and went the extra mile to resolve the issue. First time I have used this company- courtesy of my insurance plan. Would highly recommend to all and will ask my insurer on any future issues to assign this company. Well.done!!

   First class service and thorough workmanship throughout, we went on someones recommendation for this company, Dave carried out the repair and started the machine and it worked fine, but there was something he said did not seem happy with, so stripped the pump down again and found within the workings a virus face mask stuck in the pipe slowing things down, this work took him an extra hour but did not charge any extra and at tea time on a Saturday after a long day he took the time to check on the health of our Jack Russel who has just gone under massive surgery. So yes we would have no doubt whatsoever to recommend this company. Thank you so much Dave and Lynn Morgan

   Excellent service from an excellent company. Dave and the team are reliable and professional in their work and we were super happy with the appliances. We had a washing machine, fridge and freezer fitted in a short amount of time and we’ve never had any problems with them since. The team were knowledgeable and helpful when fitting the appliances. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to keep my appliance working well for the future. I will definitely use them for all future repairs or installations. Brilliant company!
