   I contacted NAC to get my dishwasher repaired (it would no longer progress with the cycle & was displaying an anti-flood error code), and they booked a visit from Wednesfield Appliance Repairs the following day. Less than 24 hours after my phone call, Adam arrived and assessed the dishwasher. He soon ascertained the problem causing the overfill and overflow, and dealt with it. He left everything tidy & working, as well as checking the electrical safety. There is also a 3 month warranty on the repair should anything further occur in the short term. I am very pleased with the prompt, expert & friendly service received.

   Very upset. Initially annoyed with time frame but then the appliance worked, which Just over a month later failed again. Only now out of warranty although it’s the SAME fault which these cowboys ‘fixed’ I don’t recommend them or candy hoover products Admittedly the tumble dryer now 12 months old had a fault (same issue) at 3 weeks old. It lasted 5 months after initial repair by candy hoover. Then stopped again & again & again & again. They finally appointed screwfix who appointed Wednesfield appliances. I waited weeks and the actual machine was repaired 8 fitted with this part 3 weeks after initial visit out of warranty window. Part or machine failed again and I’m not covered. £150+ of course Wednesfield appliances don’t care.

   I cannot praise this company enough. Our Smeg dishwasher started leaking on Thursday night, Emailed David Titley and received a call from him on Friday morning and he fixed the problem that afternoon. He was friendly, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I wish all problems were this easy to solve.
