   Thank you so much JoJo Maman Bebe in Monmouth. What exceptional customer service. It was my first day out in my Superstretch Skinny maternity jeans, but I knew straight away that I'd brought a size too big (trying to avoid buying two pairs before the big day!). I felt pretty miserable that I'd wasted my money on something so uncomfortable. But I'm extremely glad that I popped into this different branch. The manager explained that I really didn't need a bigger size for the duration, and proved it with the "example bump" in the changing rooms. Without me even thinking to ask, she exchanged my falling-down jeans without tags on. So kind, and made me feel so much better. I love this store!

   I was having a really bad morning after several temper tantrums from my 2 year old during a toddler playgroup session. I had my 4 year old with me as well and we popped in to JoJo’s to purchase a particular replacement bedtime cup. (The original of which had finally given up on us after 4 years of very good use!) Both staff members were really welcoming. The male staff member made a special effort to chat with my four year old about his favourite topic; dinosaurs. The female staff member helped me with selecting the correct product. Both were very friendly. I can remember feeling like a bit of a failure on entering the shop. I can’t remember what I said during our visit but I left feeling much better. Thanks to both staff members today for helping a frazzled mum. Also, the products here are just sublime. I genuinely have try very hard to stop myself from spending a small fortune.
