My experience with The rental company was really a pleasant one. They are very professional and helped me to become comfortable with my new rental home. Elaine she is very kind and replied to my emails very quickly as much as she can. Thank you so much for your help through out my process of movement.
I just wanna share how satisfied I am with this company. I had a smooth transition from finding a property to moving in. All the staff members were professional, courteous and compassionate.
I had a viewing booked yesterday afternoon (Wednesday) to attend the property at 11.30am on Thursday. I left work and arrived at 11.25am and waited until 11.50am bit no one showed up and I needed to go back to work. Upon getting in touch TRC claim they called me on Thursday morning to check I would still be attending. (Lets bear in mind the appointment was only made less than 24hrs prior). I was not made aware they called in the morning or I would have notified them that my network provider was changing and my phone would not be in service. Bad communication and unfortunately I will not be renting a property from them now or in the future as if this is how they treat you before you are a tenant that isn't a good sign.
We have used many management companies and I have to say The Rental Co were by far the best. They always kept us up to date, any problems they dealt with quickly and effectively, and provided a good balance between our needs and that of the tenant. I would highly recommend and thank Lesley Anne and the team for the service they have provided us.
Terrible company I put an application in for a house 3 weeks later no answer. I rented off them before if anything breaks in the house they don't fix it, my boiler packed in I had a new born baby in the house they refused to fix it I had to go to my solicitor and 1 day later they had a new boiler in terrible company. There staff are so rude aswell stay clear. You will also not get your deposit back they make excuses and keep the deposit worst company about and customer service is woeful!
Reported several issues with property that were never dealt with. Money taken off our deposit at end of tenancy to do with issues that were reported but they did nothing about. Made us feel like we disrespected the property when in fact we made improvements to it. If we ever need to rent agin we will definitely NOT be using this company.
