   Dan at Giants in Belfast has been a huge help to us. He’s supported us with both of the offices we’ve rented and has also been great with our managers who work remotely — always quick to respond and genuinely willing to help when things come up. We’ve had a couple of situations where we needed support at short notice, and Dan stepped in without hesitation. Most recently, he found us a new office within 24 hours when we had to leave our previous one, which took a lot of pressure off us. He’s reliable, easy to deal with, and clearly cares about his clients. We’d happily recommend him and the Giant Property Team to anyone looking for office space in Belfast. Thanks Dan!!

I recently purchased a property whereby they were selling on behalf of the owner and again i couldn't fault them throughout it .    Highly Recommended. I purchased 2 buy-to-let properties in Belfast through Giant Property approximately 10 years ago. GP have let and managed both properties for me since then. It has been a hassle free process throughout with little to no voids during that time - good rental return and always paid on time. Any repairs or other issues have been dealt with very promptly and professionally by Chris and his excellent team at GP. I had reason to sell both properties recently which I also did through GP. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Stress free and both properties sold for an excellent profit. Thanks a million to Chris and all at Giant Property.

   I’ve been renting a lovely apartment with Giant Property in Belfast city centre for the past year, and they have been extremely helpful, professional and respectful during my time there. From securing and preparing the apartment for me to resolving very occasional and minor issues to facilitating a very smooth leaving at the end of my lease. I also want to say a massive thank you to Cathryn Breen for her exceptional support throughout my tenancy. Cathryn has always been approachable, responsive, and efficient with any practical issues that came up.    I have rented an 1-bedeoom apartment via Giant Property in Belfast for the last 3 years. Chris helped me find this flat literally in one day when I was struggling to find a place to live with my puppy, and move-in process was very quick and smooth. They responded and helped me promptly every time I had issues with the flat. I would hate to leave the place but it is now time to move on as I am moving to a different city.    I lived at a rental property from August 2021 until 2022 during my second year at Queen's University. I had to leave unexpectedly due to mental health difficulties but overall I enjoyed my experience in 102 Lisburn Road. When I decided to move home after struggling with my mental health the team at Giant properties accepted my leaving early and gave me my deposit back as I left the room I rented as clean as possible. The house itself was in good condition and I had absolutely lovely housemates who respected my privacy and offered help when needed. Giant Properties were understanding when I had to leave due to mental health circumstances and although sometimes slow to reply to issues, a good rental service, in my experience.

   I was in a property managed by Giant in Belfast for two years. I was lucky to have a decent landlord as giant themselves were useless. Calls, emails and promised followups were always ignored so I deferred to dealing with my landlord directly when possible. When it came time to leave the property, Giant claimed I didn't gve them my 1 months notice, they wanted me to pay another months rent. I had to refer them to an email a few emails prior in the same email chain. The employee I dealt with at the time continued to be completely rude and dismissive the whole time. When I was out then began the whole hassle of chasing them for my deposit. They missed releasing my funds via the NI tenancy deposit scheme multiple times, requiring me to restart the process multiple times until they would finally respond to the deposit release request before the deadline elapsed. Avoid them at all costs if possible

   Giant property has been a very clear communicator and helping hand throughout the letting process - from initial signing to tenancy to end of contract. Both personal and phone contact have always been polite, professional and direct. It's that we had our eyes set on a property not under their care, because otherwise we would have been happy to stick with them!

   Stay away from Giant. Unprofessional, lazy, and clueless. Awful. Literally messed up at every opportunity they were given. I've been with multiple letting agencies in Belfast and Giant have been by far the worst. Took 5 extra days after we moved out to even do an inspection so that delayed getting our deposit back on a house we rented. They put my email on to their system incorrectly so I couldn't even get my deposit immediately. Careless and sloppy work. Then they deducted £40 for cleaning 'dusty' skirting boards. Ridiculous. The only thing that Giant Property staff are good at doing is avoiding tenant needs and avoiding anything that seems like work. To conclude, a room of chimpanzees in shirts and ties would probably do a better job. Stay away from Giant Property.
