   Paul and Mark both did a great job in completing the sale of our home. They communicated professionally and effectively with us throughout the process and kept us updated on progress, how the viewings were going, and any feedback, through the portal and via emails and texts. Paul offered good advice during the negotiations and went out of his way to accommodate extra requests from the buyers.    Paul and Mark were able to help me achieve a much higher rate in the market than what I was privately charging, and were able to carry out back round checks which I didnt do when I managed myself, which in the past caused me issues with rouge tenants. Definitely worth paying for a management of the property to take the stress out of managing. They are both very professional have many years experience professionally and recommend very highly.
