   I went to the clinic to explore options for under-eye dark circle treatment, and I was really impressed by the honesty and care I received. Instead of trying to sell me a treatment that wouldn’t be effective, the practitioner took the time to explain why the options available wouldn’t work for my case and advised me that surgery would be the only solution. She even went a step further by taking my number so she could share the details of a trusted oculoplastic surgeon recommended by one of her clients. I truly appreciate the honesty, transparency, and effort she put into guiding me in the right direction, even though it meant not booking a treatment with her. The consultation was free, and from reception to consultation I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. It’s rare to find such professionalism and genuine care, and I highly recommend this clinic.

   I went for a consultation and was welcomed so friendly by Sammy and then by Mitra. The consultation was to see if they could help and recommend treatment for my concerns, as I wasn't sure what I needed. Mitra was thorough in examining the areas on my face and provided recommendations on treatment and how many sessions may be required. She was able to fit me in for a first treatment there and then in time before her next client which I wasn't expecting but very happy to proceed and that she was willing to, and so pleased with the instant results. Overall very happy and will be returning for future treatments :)

   I had PRP facial treatment for the very first time last March. I was excited and nervous at the same time. As a nurse, I wear the mask of different sort all the time causing acne. Ironically, I’m not very good at handling needles - I have a low pain threshold. Mitra is an amazing practitioner. She is very knowledgeable about her work and really cares about my skin problems. She talked me through the procedure making me ease my anxiety. The procedure felt scratchy but tolerable. Because of my low pain threshold, I think I gave Mitra a difficult time but she kept calm and composed and was very professional in handling patients like me. After the procedure, the facial redness and swelling calmed down within hours. I had a pimple before the procedure and it was gone the next day, acne marks was gone in few days. After 3 weeks my face felt smoother, and hyperpigmentation was better. According to studies, best result comes after the 3 initial PRP facial treatments with 3 weeks apart per session. I was so pleased with the result of my first PRP result that I just had my second session today. Thank you very much. I am very happy.

   Fantastic clinic. Mitra is extremely knowledgeable at what she does. I was a little nervous about trying the RF micro needling but she explained step by step and was made as comfortable as possible during the treatment.    Mitra is a very knowledgeable, warm, caring, professional Lady. The Receptionist ( sorry forgot your name) is so discreet, a kind, warm , professional lady also. She talked me through from start to finish. There was NO pressure to get more work done than I had requested, although I did take Mitras advice , and so glad I did. I honestly feel like a new woman. I would not go anywhere else now.
