   Always friendly, professional advice and love the results. The consultation s are never made to feel pressured into taking the treatment, but are explained in understandable terms to allow you to make a decision if right for you. I have been thrilled with the treatments I have received so far and would highly recommend. The results have been natural with very little if any downtime in between.

   I recently had radio surgery on my face , so was extremely worried about the process etc, however the team over at Skin Excellence made me feel incredibly at ease, and comfortable.    I have had regular facial treatments and skin therapies, including Julaine, at Skin Excellence and can definitely see the positive effects on my skin. The Julaine treatment especially has improved my skin tone and quality over time. Dr Ian Strawford, Shannon and Angie have the highest standards of excellence and always give no-pressure advice on treatments and skincare. They are highly knowledgeable and generous with their knowledge, really taking the time to make sure you are fully informed, including a clear understanding of the science of how treatments work.    I had a mole removed from my face at this clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist gave me such a warm and friendly welcome - it really put me at ease right away. The clinic itself is spotless and looks incredibly professional, which gave me even more confidence that I was in the right place. The doctor who performed the procedure was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain every step in detail before starting, which made me feel informed and reassured. His calm and caring approach made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel completely manageable. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a similar procedure.

   I have slight hooded upper lids and for years now the Botox I’d been having has always caused my eye lids to droop further and feel heavy. I have been told by previous practitioners that it’s unavoidable due to my upper lids being on the heavy side, until I met Dr Strawford - He knew what the problem was as soon as I walked into the room. He has managed to give me a slight brow lift, giving a more youthful appearance as well as allowing some movement to my forehead and brows for a natural look. He listened to my concerns, explained everything in depth to me, told me realistic expectations AND he delivered! May I also add how very friendly the staff are too. They make you feel really comfortable and a valued person. The clinic is very clean, warm and welcoming. Thank you very much.

   After my doctor informed me that they couldn't treat my mole under my nose I turned to the Internet for private places to remove it as the doctors advised, I contacted skin excellence and booked the consultation, £50 to confirm the booking, (came off the price of the treatment ) I got there 1/11/22 and the staff was fantastic and very polite I even had a cup of tea. In the consultation the surgeon answered every question and offered to remove the mole via radio treatment, the needle to numb me was it worst part I didn't feel anything while the mole was being removed and I was made sure I was comfortable and given advice for after the treatment for after the scab falls off, thank you skin excellence

   I have been attending the Plymouth clinic for a revolutionary women's health treatment- Empower RF. I was interested in this treatment after having two pregnancies and working in women's health myself, I understand the importance of pelvic health and post pregnancy rehabilitation of the pelvic floor. I felt curious as to how impactful this new procedure could actually be for myself post childbirth and for other women I see in clinic suffering from various gynaecological symptoms. The procedure was carried out by a highly qualified female doctor and I was made to feel totally comfortable and informed throughout. There is no pain and little to no downtime which makes it easy to fit around work, commitments etc. I have had 2 treatment sessions out of the 3 recommended and can already say the results are incredible! (and I'm told will continue to improve over time). I feel so much stronger already and any niggling symptoms of weakness I once had have gone. The treatment is tailored to treat individual requirements with the use of various attachments to the machine. I strongly believe this treatment could be life changing for so many women whether looking to gain pelvic floor strength post pregnancy/childbirth or to treat conditions such as stress, urge, and mixed urinary incontinence and increase sexual satisfaction. I couldn't recommend the clinic more and really hope to see increased awareness of this treatment and that the topic of Women's Wellness gets the recognition and attention that it deserves.
