   Absolute waste of time don't even bother! Not very professional at all, they don't even follow up phone calls or emails. Lots of false promises. Still waiting for them to call me back now. Not even worth one star. 07/08/25- So following on from your reponse i'll add some more context as your not stating all of the facts!! * Yes I received an email saying I could be seen the next day, I replied with some questions before accepting the appointment. No one replied to me. *On the day of the proposed appointment I telephoned to chase up my queries & spoke with a chap. Again I relayed my questions & he promised someone would call me back. *On the same day of my 1st call I called back again in a few hours to query what was going on & if the appointment was still available. This time the call was answered by a lady who again promised someone would call me back, no one did. *Interestingly I only had a response from yourself after I wrote the review............................ It might be an idea to get some cover when your not in the office so perspective clients calls & emails can be answered in the appropriate manner!

   I went to see Marlene as I had numerous symptoms to suggest that I may have an intolerance to certain foods. She used a technique and identified food intolerance and gave me a diet to use along with vitamins. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I am feeling much better now just after one week. I would definitely recommend a visit if you think you also have intolerance and are struggling with symptoms.

   Saw acupuncturist Nick Malyon today for trigminal neuralgia. I was desperate for pain relief as tablet medication was not working. Since my acupuncture session my pain level has decreased from 7/10 to 2/10 and I look forward to my first pain free and full nights sleep in over a week. I highly recommended Nick for the much welcomed pain relief. I honestly don't known how I would have coped without him.
