From the first call out when we had no hot water and a faulty boiler Steve came out as promised got us sorted for over the weekend coming back on Monday morning to fit a complete new boiler. We were having trouble with our back boiler, thinking we may have to replace it, after reading reviews we called Steve out. He was absolutely brilliant so professional ,friendly and didnt leave a speck of dust behind! he was able to fix the problem which was a relief! Would definitely use Steve again
5 STAR SERVICE! We have had 3T gas call out to us today both Ste and Lucas, very professional and arrived with us the same day as the fault had been reported! Called 3T as I thought I needed a new boiler. Ste quickly identified it just needed a new part which he quickly got hold of and fitted. Honest, friendly tradesman who charges a fair price. Good to see, would definitely use again.
Oh God, Steve! Where do I start? From the first day I rang him, he came out immediately, looked through everything and immediately gave me a quote and time for the next morning, very affordable as well, came in, did an absolutely fantastic job. We called him in again a week later for fitting gas cookers, he came and while doing that, realised we needed ventilation in the room for the type of gas heater we had, did that same day! Beautiful job, still a very affordable price. After every work, he cleans up and leaves the place sparkling. STEVE WENT OVER AND BEYOND. I refuse to call anybody else for gas work in My home or business. Anybody can come down and see the work Steve did for us, and his work speaks for itself. I cannot sing his praises enough!

On both visits (the first to diagnose the problem and the second to fix it with the relevant parts) he was punctual and professional. We would highly recommend Steve for all plumbing work - he came out to fix a broken pipe in our garden and was incredibly helpful and professional. A fantastic job and we’ll be contacting him for all future plumbing needs.
