I cannot fault the service I have received. From my first admission to hospital they have been tremendous support. I find it hard to pick one good member of staff as everyone i have met has been exceptional.
Useless! Test kit arrived within a week which is okay. Samples sent back asap but wait is TWO weeks which is far too long if you are infected. In my case, I didn't get ANY feedback and it's been 4 weeks! Tried to login to my the portal for news & I can't do that as it seems blocked or deleted even though I did a password reset with my email details. I could be infected, carried it all this time & not the help or service expected for such a serious matter. Appalling!! Btw, I did try going there the first time, it was a bank holiday so closed. That was in August and tomorrow is October!! Avoid and go private! SHIP should be called something else that smells really bad!!
Told me they would call back as I need an emergency appointment, never called. Ridiculous
Made a probably normally fairly uncomfortable experience relatively easy :)
Fantastic staff, so helpful, understanding and caring. I thankfully didnt have a serious problem but I feel I could go to them with any sensitive problem and it would be handled with care and compassion
Just amazing all round, saw 3 professional's on a walkin clinic and all were just the nicest most informative people i could have asked for
