   Since fracturing my spine over 20 years ago I've pretty much tried all there is to offer in terms of treatments for chronic pain. I kind of stumbled on acupuncture and can honestly say it's made a real difference for me. I can't really explain how it helps but it certainly does. Dr Ding is very professional and makes it an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone fighting chronic pain.

   I attended an appointment nearly a year ago, unsure if I would be able to receive help. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. I highly recommend this place without hesitation. They deserve to be blessed and consistently succeed. Meilan has supported me in numerous ways beyond what I can easily express.    Dr Ding is my earth angel. I had a herniated disc L5 S1 pressing on the sciatic nerve root. I have endured over 6 months of what I can only describe as agony. At the worst I was on the floor crying in pain, begging for an ambulance and requesting they please take my leg off. It’s been dreadful. At the worst I was taking over 240 mg of codeine, 30 mg Amitriptyline, 750mg Naproxen, muscle relaxant, pain patch and over 25 mg of Oramorph per day. It was soul destroying. I started acupuncture and cupping with Dr Ding and after 6 sessions I can dance again and smile. Although the pain can come and go depending on my activity levels I can finally see the light and feel so much better. The expertise, care and support when I have needed it as been nothing short of first class. This treatment as also released a lot of old wounds along side the physical treatment that I did not realise I was still holding onto, childhood sexual abuse from the age of 6, forced married at 17, abandoned by my mother and domestic abuse. I have healed so much alone and have now released this to with the safe space and dedication of Dr Ding and the trust for me is something I will always cherish within my heart. I feel internal peace and pain free like I’ve never experienced before. I would advise anyone to just keep open minded and give this a try because it will really change your outlook on what is possible.    Suffering with unbearable pain, is one of the worst experiences one can have. Mr. Ding was highly recommended to me by a very good friend. After just one session, the pain was disappearing…. Mobility, flexibility and sleep was so much better. I am continuing with my treatment as my injuries have been quite complex. Life without pain is incredible !    Absolutely fantastic. I have suffered from a bad back and headaches for a long time. I was recommended to try acupuncture and I found this lovely family run clinic. I have noticed such a difference in my back pain and my headaches have gone. I do attain once a week now for maintenance. I always look forward to my appointment.
